Royal Mail have updated the design of their Retail Stamp Books to incorporate the new King Charles III cruciform. The King's Tudor Crown, which made a comeback with the accession of King Charles III to the British throne, replaces the St Edward's Crown. The font has also been updated from Chevin to PF Din Text to align with Royal Mail's brand guidelines. These changes affect the cover and not the stamps within the booklet therefore we will not be issuing new covers in our Definitive series meaning they will not be sent automatically to our club customers.
This set combines both of the covers - 2nd class and 1st class - with each cover featuring the booklet with four stamps on the front and four on the reverse with Buckingham Palace, London SW hanstamps.
