This Royal Mail issue celebrates the British band The Who, who formed 60 years ago. The prestige stamp booklet comprises fourteen stamps - all eight from the stamp issue and the four stamps from the miniature sheet, together with two barcoded Machin Definitives arranged with three labels - four panes in total.

Cover 1 of the BLCS 5000 set focuses on the band's 1969 Woodstock performance and bears a London W3 handstamp.
