This Royal Mail issue looks at the Age of the Dinosaurs, which lasted from 252 to 66 million years ago.
A set of eight special stamps have been created in partnership with the Natural History Museum, using scientists from no less than six different specialisms of palaeontology. The illustrations are by digital illustrator Joshua Dunlop and combine scientific accuracy with artistic brilliance.
The Gold 500 cover image is framed by a 22ct gold-blocked border and the cover bears a Lyme Regis handstamp for the location of the world famous Jurassic coast. Numbered limited edition of 500.
