The next issue in the Royal Mail Heritage series features the transport of mail by sea with six commemorative stamps depicting historic mail-carrying vessels; Packet Ship 'Antelope' 1780; 'SS Great Western' 1838; 'SS Britannia' 1887; 'HMS Olympic' 1911; 'RMS Queen Mary' 1936 and 'RMS St Helena' 1990.
The coin cover features 'RMS Olympic', the lead vessel of the White Star Line's Olympic class of three liners and encapsulates a 1911 halfpenny for the year of her launch together with an informative historical cachet. The cover is completed by a Southampton handstamp.
