This Royal Mail issue celebrates the world famous wizard. The Retail Booklet comprises two stamps featuring the wizard hero and his companion flanking four 1st class NVI Definitives. The booklet is printed in gravure and the stamps are self-adhesive in contrast to the individual stamps which are litho and gummed.
The Gold 500 cover complements the stamps with a dramatic fiery image framed by an intricate 22ct gold-blocked design. It is considerably enhanced by the addition of a commemorative from the 2011 Magical Realms issue depicting the Head of the wizard's school together with an Alnwick, Northumberland handstamp. Numbered limited edition of 500.
