Hampton Court Palace is one of the best-known and grandest of Britain's historic Royal Residences and is the third in a series of Royal Mail issues featuring Royal Palaces following Buckingham Palace (2014) and Windsor Castle (2017).
The Miniature Sheet feature four stamps; two 1st class depicting the Great Hall and the King's Great Bedchamber and two £1.45 depicting the Chapel Royal and the King's Staircase with a 1914 Ordnance Suvey map of the area in the selvedge.
The coin cover encapsulates a 1952 halfpenny piece to mark the year in which Hampton Court Palace was listed as a Grade I Building of Exceptional Interest. The miniature sheet bears a pictorial Tudor Road, Hampton handstamp.
