The miniature sheet featured on this cover focuses on four views of the sumptuous interior of St. George's Chapel, mother church of the Order of the Garter. The Gothic chapel is located in the grounds of the castle and was founded in 1348 by King Edward III. Many royal occasions have taken place there, including the blessing of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles in 2005. The stamps show the fine fan-vaulted roof, the Sir Reginald Bray and St George's Cross roof bosses, and the colourful array of Garter banners. The border image features the imposing West Door entrance to the chapel.
The cover focuses on the chapel's namesake, Saint George, patron saint of England. The sumptuous image is enhanced by an elaborate 22 carat gold blocked border. The arms of Saint George are featured in the special Windsor handstamp. Issued in a numbered limited edition of 500.
