The Royal Mail stamps in this issue celebrate one of the most influential and cultural figures in music history, David Bowie. The stamps themselves follow the same die-cut format as the Classic Album Covers range from 2010.
The retail booklet contains four 1st class definitives and two of the 1st class commemoratives from the stamp issue: Aladdin Sane and Heroes.
This cover focuses on the year Aladdin Sane ws released and recalls some of the notable events from that year. The booklet bears a Starmans Close pictorial handstamp.
