A special limited edition Gold cover bears the Mixed Machin Pane and label featuring Penny Post pioneer, Sir Rowland Hill. The 'silk' image, enhanced by a 22ct. gold-block design, features the world-famous philatelic specialist, Stanley Gibbons, and marks 25 years at No.399, The Strand, London. The cover bears a Kidderminster pictorial handstamp for Hill's birthplace.
